Jewellery orders will be sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for, at a cost of £3.50 and dispatched

within 3-5 working days

 If the product is out of stock it could take up to 3 weeks for the order to be completed (as the products are handmade) but we will give you an expected time for delivery.

Scarves & shawls will be sent tracked 48 and dispatched within 3-5 working days at a cost of £5.50

(free postage over £80)

Hats, snoods & gloves will be sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for, at a cost of £3.50 and dispatched

within 3-5 working days.

Teas, Herbs & Saffron kits

Teas, Herb mixes & Mulled wine will be sent Royal mail 1st class at a cost of £1.50 and will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Saffron kits will be sent Royal mail 1st class signed for, at a cost of £3.50 and dispatched within

3-5 working days.

Returns

​

If you wish to return a product to us because it is faulty we will either refund or exchange the item. Items must be returned  for refunds or exchanges within 28 days.
